The key is to not make the same mistake twice, to adapt to your changing circumstances, and to try your damndest at molding those circumstances into your definition of success.

Mona, like the generalist she has explored everything. While on a trip abroad to California, she took some Pilates classes and
instantly fell in love with the workout’s focus on healing the body as well as strengthening and toning it. The obsession with Pilates took over, and Mona’s creative side
recognized just how much her native city in India needed this
exercise.
She soon launched the first Pilates studio in Chandigarh. While leading the studio, Mona sought to combine fitness with healthy
living. She studied from official certified programs in Nutrition and
eventually established Refuel, her own nutrition platform. Since 2019, Mona has been focused on expanding these platforms for people to be their fittest and healthiest self.
