It's time for one of our favourite glutes series at home!! They really get the glutes working, specially if you focus on the form, squeeze the glutes and keep the core engaged! Let's start with a few reps and then increase.. you can even add ankle weights to increase the challenge!! ๐ฅ .

Exercises (You can do between 10-20 Reps for each exercise):
1) Bird Dog Booty Crunch
2) Leg Raise
3) Donkey Kick
4) Hamstring Curls
5) Fire Hydrant .
Donโt forget to do both sides ๐
