#Pilates is one of those exceptional fitness regimens that actually allows you to be incredibly strong right from your core, while at the same time builds focus and muscular strength. I lift heavier in the gym, push harder when I run, have discovered and strengthened muscles I did not know I had.
Amazingly, at the end of it all I find my mind is as calm and strong, almost akin to a Yoga session. I find Pilates fun, interesting, reformative and intensely challenging.
