The obsession with Pilates took over, and Mona’s creative side recognized just how much her native city in India needed this exercise. She soon launched the first Pilates studio in Chandigarh. While leading the studio, Mona sought to combine fitness with healthy living. She studied from official certified programs in Nutrition and eventually established Refuel, her own nutrition platform. Since 2019, Mona has been focused on expanding these platforms for people to be their fittest and healthiest self.
